- A complete Visa Application form with the originalsignature of the applicant
- Two recent photographs of applicant Size 3.5cm x 4.5cm, white background
- A photocopy of confirmed travel ticket.
- Bank statement of six months(must be originalor attested by the bank)
- Proof of accommodation i.e. Hotel Booking
- Travel Itinerary: day-wise plan outlining all elements of the trip
- ValidPassport for 6 months from date of entry
- A complete VisaApplication form with the original signature of the applicant
- Two recent photographs of applicant Size 3.5cm x 4.5cm, white background
- A photocopy ofconfirmed travel ticket.

- Personal Covering letter: explaining purpose of travel to the country
- Letter of invitation from the company submitted should match the following criteria
- It must be verified by the Ministry of External Affairs in Afghanistan.
- It must contain the signature of the authority along with the designation, name of the company and the stamp.
- It must mention the contact details, the purpose of travel, sponsorship details and other important documents.
- It must be addressed to the respective diplomatic mission.
