- Valid Passport for 6 months from date of entry
- Blank visa pages in the passport.
- A complete Visa Application form with the original signature of the applicant
- Two recent photographs of applicant Size 3.5cm x 4.5cm, white background
- A photocopy of confirmed travel ticket.
- Bank statement of six months (must be original or attested by the bank)
- Hotel reservation (if applicant will not be hosted by person sending invitation)
- Covering letter/letter of introduction from employer(s) of person inviting the applicant
- An undertaking that the host will ensure that the visitor complies fully with immigration laws of Ghana
- Birth certificate of child traveling with parent(s)
- Marriage certificate if accompanying/joining spouse who is permitted to reside/take up employment in Ghana
- Letter of introduction from school (for students)
- A scanned copy of your passport’s front page & last page
- A photocopy of duly filled visa application form
- Two color photographs 35mm x 45mm with white Background
- Covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose and duration of the visit
- Original confirmed return/onward air ticket
- Proof of hotel reservation
- Bank statement of six months (must be original or attested by the bank)
- Original and photocopy of Income Tax Returns
- Original Invitation letter from company
- Original and photocopy of Investment documents (Financial proof)
- Covering letter/letter of introduction from employers of the applicant.
- An undertaking that the host will ensure that the visitor complies fully with immigration laws of Ghana.
- Photocopies of relevant pages of passport of alien inviting businessman, showing legal immigrant status/residence permit.
- Correspondence with company/companies in Ghana or any other document in support of application
